At BLADES.gg, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Below you’ll find details on our shipping policies and procedures.

Shipping Methods We partner with UPS, DHL, and can also ship via LTL to deliver your orders. Both standard and expedited shipping options are available, depending on your needs. Expedited shipping comes at an increased cost and is subject to availability.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier fulfilling the shipment. These rates will be provided at checkout, depending on your selected shipping method (e.g., UPS or DHL).

Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: If expedited shipping is selected, delivery times will vary based on the carrier’s availability and may arrive sooner than standard shipping. Please note that delivery times are determined by the carrier, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Order Processing Time We process and prepare orders for shipment within the same day (if ordered before 2 PM) of receiving your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. If your ordered cannot be processed on the same day, we will notify you via email about your order.

International Shipping Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Information
- All returns will follow this standard of procedure.
- Customers must write a letter to support@blades.gg stating the order number, product, and reason for the return.
- Blades.gg will then create a return ticket for the customer. Customers are responsible for taking the product to a delivery site via UPS.
- All returns will be analyzed before any credits are issued. Segment life will be measured in order to calculate store return credit. Blades.gg will not issue any returns for blades that have been broken due to misuse.
- There is a minimum 15% handling fee for all blades not in NEW condition regardless of life.
- Returns tickets must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
